La Playa is an amazing resort that has consistently provided my family with fantastic memories over the years. The beautiful beach and stunning views from the villas are incredible, and the staff is so welcoming and attentive, especially Dwayne, who makes us feel like family. However, during my recent stay, we experienced some service issues at check-in and with dining that could be improved. Overall, it's still a wonderful place for a family getaway or romantic retreat.

I had a stunning time at LaPlaya, with the beach literally at my doorstep and spectacular sunset views from my room. The ocean-facing Gulf Tower room was beautifully decorated and spacious, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff was warm and accommodating, though I did feel some room for improvement in the dining experience and the valet service, which occasionally felt chaotic. Overall, it was a memorable trip, but slightly pricey for what I received in terms of value.

I recently stayed at this resort for a special occasion and overall, it was a memorable experience. The beach access was absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot for a proposal. The staff, especially our waiter, was attentive and made the evening truly special. However, some aspects of the service didn't quite meet expectations, particularly during our stay in the Suites. While the property has its charming qualities, a bit of maintenance is needed.
